Purpose

This report seeks
approval by Director of Communications and
Regeneration to approve the terms agreed in relation to the
proposed letting of Unit 2 of the Station View retail scheme,
located within the Talbot Gateway Phase 2 development

Decision

To approve the terms agreed in
Appendix B
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
Services to enter into any such documentation as may be necessary
to complete the proposed lettings.
