Purpose

To seek formal approval for a
sum  of £60k for 2023/24 and
£56k for 2024/25 to be awarded to the Grand Theatre (Arts and
Entertainment Ltd) through a service level agreement.
 
 

Decision

That a sum of £60k for
2023/24 to cover the period 1st  April 2023 to 31st March 2024 be
approved to the Grand Theatre (Arts and Entertainment
Ltd).
 
That a sum of £56k for
2024/25 to cover the period 1st April 2024 to
31st March 2025 be approved to the Grand Theatre (Arts
and Entertainment Ltd).
