Purpose

This report seeks approval for
the Council to accept £4 million grant funding awarded as a
result of The Lancashire Devolution Capital Grant Determination.
Acceptance is via a grant funding agreement.
 

Decision

To approve the terms of the
Grant Agreement issued as a result of the Lancashire Devolution
Capital Grant Determination.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
Services to enter into any such documentation as may be necessary
to complete the award of the grant funding, as set out in the Grant
Funding Agreement.
