recommend to the Council to approve the Capital Strategy 2025/26 to
2027/28 attached at Appendix 5a, to the Executive
report.

To
recommend to the Council to approve the Property Investment
Strategy for 2025/26 attached at Appendix 5b, to the Executive
report.
