Purpose

To seek approval for Blackpool
Council to participate in a Lancashire-wide joint procurement
exercise for the purchasing of food waste caddy’s and liners
in preparation for the separate weekly collection of food waste
from all households from April 2026.
To seek approval for Blackpool
Council to enter in to a contract with the successful
bidder(s).
