Purpose

To update the Articles of
Association for Jobs, Friends & Houses (JFH) and accept the
resignation as a ‘Member’ of the Company from
Lancashire Constabulary.
 
 

Decision

To accept the resignation as a
‘Member’ from Lancashire Constabulary of the Jobs,
Friends & Houses Community Interest Company.
 
To note the updated Articles of
Association attached reflect the removal of Lancashire Constabulary
and leave only Blackpool Council as a ‘Member’,
removing the option for other Members to be appointed.
 

That the Articles of
Association set out in the document attached be and are hereby
approved and adopted as the Articles of Association of the Company
in substitution for and to the exclusion of all existing Articles
of Association of the Company and that they be executed and filed
with the Registrar of Companies.
