Purpose

The proposed Community and
Environmental Services fees and charges for Public Protection and
Enforcement for 2025/26.
 

Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the
recommendation as outlined above namely:
 

To
agree to the Community and Environmental Services proposed fees and
charges for Public Protection and Enforcement for 2025/26, which
are detailed in Appendix ‘A’.

 

2.    
To agree that the fees charged can be varied by the
Director for Community and Environmental Services, following
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Community
Safety, Street Scene and Neighbourhoods as a
result of market changes.
