Purpose

To authorise the appointment of
HUB Parking Technology as the install provider for the ANPR barrier
system, access control and payment terminals.
 

Decision

To approve the appointment of
HUB Parking Technology as the provider for the ANPR barrier system,
access system and payment terminals at Talbot Road Multi-Storey Car
Park.
 
To delegate authority to the
Head of Legal to enter into any proposed legal agreements relating
to and flowing from the appointment of HUB Parking Technology
interests noted at 2.1.
