Purpose
The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
Councillor Paul Galley of
Anchorsholme ward has requested:
(i)
£374.50 as a ward councillor donation to St
Teresas Church, towards the cost of new defibrillator
case.
Councillor Anita Cooper of
Anchorsholme ward has requested:
(i)
£189.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Anchorsholme library, towards the cost of new parts for their
defibrillator.
(ii)
£374.50 as a ward councillor donation to St
Teresas Church, towards the cost of new defibrillator
case.
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of
Bispham ward has requested:
(i)
£300.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Active Blackpool, towards the cost of summer sports sessions on
Cavendish Park.
Councillor Matthew Thomas of
Brunswick ward has requested:
(i)
£150.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
Kentigerns Parish Centre, towards the cost of venue hire for ward
surgery.
(ii)
£120.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
Thomas’s Church, towards the cost of annual room hire for the
stakeholders of Brunswick.
Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:
(i)
£150.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
Kentigerns Parish Centre, towards the cost of venue hire for ward
surgery.
Councillor Adrian Hoyle of Park
ward has requested:
(i)
£1201.32 as a ward councillor donation to
enveco, towards the cost of a waste amnesty in Park
ward.
Councillor Pam Brookes of
Victoria has requested:
(i)
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Helping Hearts, towards the cost of running costs.
