Purpose

To consider the Community and
Environmental Services fees and charges for Highways and Traffic
Management for 2025/26.
 

Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the
recommendations as outlined above namely:
 

To
agree to the proposed fees and charges for Highways and Traffic
Management for 2025/26, which are detailed in Appendix A with
effect from the 1 April 2025 to the 31 March 2026.

 

To
agree that the fees charged can be varied by the Director for
Community and Environmental Services, following consultation with
the relevant Cabinet Member, as a result of market changes,
operational requirements and inflationary pressures.
