Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Julie Jones of
Greenlands ward has requested:

(i)              
£800.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Fylde Memorial Arboretum, towards the cost of fuel for the mower to
upkeep the woodland.
 
Councillor Dave Flanagan of
Greenlands ward has requested:

(i)              
£2431.80 as a ward councillor donation to
Groundwork, towards the cost of a volunteer programme at the North
Blackpool Pond Trail.
 
Councillor Julie Sloman of
Norbreck ward has requested:

(i)              
£748.04 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of a community
notice board at the entrance of Fleetwood road fields.
 
Councillor Mark Smith of Talbot
ward has requested:

(i)              
£3397.98 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of two alley gates on Albert Road/Charnley
road alley.

(ii)            
£450.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of groundworks for two alley gates on
Albert road/Charnley road alley.
 
Councillor Jane Hugo of Talbot
ward has requested:

(i)              
£3397.99 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of two alley gates on Albert road/Charnley
road alley.

(ii)            
£450.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of groundworks for two alley gates on
Albert road/Charnley road alley.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£210.50 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Volunteers, towards the cost of Tarnside Warm Hub
sessions.
 
Councillor Alistair Humphreys
of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£210.51 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Volunteers, towards the cost of Tarnside Warm Hub
sessions.
