Purpose

To set out proposed
fees and charges for Local Land Charges Searches and European
Information Regulation (EIR Land Charges) for 2025/26
 

Decision

The Leader of the
Council agreed the recommendations as outlined above
namely:

 
1.    
To approve the increased fees and charges for Local
Land Charges Searches and Land Charges European Information
Regulation for 2025/26 as set out in Appendix A, with effect from 1
April 2025 to 31 March 2026.

 
2.    
To agree that the fees charged can be reduced from
these rates in exceptional circumstances on the published Officer
decision of the Director of Communications and Regeneration,
following consultation with the relevant Cabinet Member.
