To consider Blackpool
Council taking over as Lead Authority from Blackburn with Darwen
(BwD) for the Lancashire-wide Changing Futures
programme.

 
Blackburn with Darwen
Council is currently the Lead Authority but do not wish to continue
this role.
 
The Ministry of Housing,
Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and the National Lottery
Community Fund, the funders, are agreeable to the
proposed

Decision

The Cabinet Member
agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
 
To
approve Blackpool Council to be the Lead Authority for the Changing
Futures programme from 1 April 2025.
