To work on the planning and
feasibility of a multi-storey car-park located on King
Street.
 

Decision

To
commission Muse Places to prepare and submit an outline planning
application for the King Street 
multi-storey car-park in Blackpool town centre.
 

To
authorise expenditure of up to £250,000 to progress an
outline planning application for the King Street multi-storey
car-park in Blackpool town centre.
 

To
authorise the Head of Legal to prepare legal documentation and
enter into and complete appropriate documents/contracts as
necessary to complete any associated transactions.
