Purpose

A request has been made by
Blackpool Council Illuminations to close a section of Promenade
between Chapel Street to Brunswick Street to allow for the removal
and re-erection of illuminations equipment from Talbot Road to
Chapel Street.
 

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal
to prepare the notices pursuant to r s14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and subsequently display those notices in
accordance with legislation
