Purpose

A request has been
made by Blackpool Council Highways to temporarily close
the
Langdale Road from
its junction from Clifton Road to Deepdale Road to resurface
outside Mereside Primary School.
The road closure is
required to undertake essential maintenance works as part of the
essential maintenance works. The works are planned to be undertaken
within a 5 day timescale. 
 

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal
to prepare the notices pursuant to r s14 (2) (a)of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and subsequently display those notices in
accordance with legislation
