Purpose

To outline and seek
approval to the drawdown prudential borrowing and to enter into a
NEC4 construction contract in relation to the highways works to
enable the construction of the new car parking arrangement on
Harrow Place which is being funded by prudential
borrowing
 

Decision

To authorise the Prudential
Borrowing scheme to construct the new parking arrangement to
facilitate new development on Harrow Place and New South Promenade
Service Road.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
entering into a NEC4 contract with George Cox and Sons via through
the compliant highways procurement framework.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
services to enter into any further agreements required flowing from
the report
