To enable Blackpool Borough
Council to make homeloss payments to affected tenants within the
Multiversity order land.
 

Decision

To authorise expenditure on
home loss payments within the area of the Multiversity CPO order
land.
 

To authorise officers to make
advanced payments with respect to home loss payments to eligible
tenants in advance of the CPO General Vesting Date.
