Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2024/2025. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Paul Galley of
Anchorsholme ward has requested:

£5072.96 as a ward councillor donation to
Lightworks, towards the cost of lighting at East Pines
Park.
 
Councillor Anita Cooper of

Blackpool Council Waste Services, towards the cost of a Waste
Amnesty in Marton ward.

£600.00 as ward councillor donation to Friends
of Marton Mere, towards the cost of PPE for volunteering
activities.

Community TM, towards the cost of a road closure for a gala event
in Park ward.

Nicholas Primary School, towards the cost of Forest School
developments.

£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Marton Primary School, towards the cost of SEN classroom
