Purpose

Formal
adoption of Eagle Drive, Harrier Avenue, Osprey Avenue Falcon
Drive, Cormorant Avenue, Guillemot Avenue , having been metalled ,
paved, drained and lit should be formally adopted and maintained at
public expense under section 38 of the Highways Act 1980 and the
foul drainage under section 104 of the water industries act
1991To formally adopt the aforementioned
roads, service verges , highway drainage under section 38 Highways
Act 1980, the street lighting to be maintained by E-ON the
Council’s PFI contractor
 

Decision

2.1 To
formally adopt the roads, and service verges and Highway drainage
under Section 38 of the Highways Act 1980 and the foul drainage to
be responsibility of United Utilities. The street lighting to be
maintained by E-ON the Council’s PFI contractor.
