Decision

The Executive agreed
the recommendations as outlined above namely:
           
1.    
To note the consultation report and responses
attached at Appendix 4c, to the Executive report.
 
2.    
To approve for adoption for use the new Greening
Blackpool Supplementary Planning Document attached at Appendix 4a,
to the Executive report.
 
3.    
To approve the use of a pro-forma unilateral
undertaking where the level of financial contributions required in
respect of off-site tree planting is less than £3,000.00 and
to agree that any decision to amend this limit or expand the scope
of the unilateral undertaking to take into account other heads of
financial contributions be delegated to the Director of
Communications and Regeneration in conjunction with the Head of
Legal.
 

4.    
To introduce a new standard fee of £425 for
completion of the off-site tree planting unilateral undertaking
where this is used instead of a Section106 agreement.
