decision PH51/2024 June 2024, to seek authority to the revised
HOT’s for the lease of the First Floor, Bickerstaffe House to
NHS BSA, with a lease commencement date of 31st March 2025.

Decision

To lease the vacant first floor office space
at Bickerstaffe House to the public sector partner agency as
referenced in the Heads of Terms at Appendix A for a term of 10
years effective from 31st March 2025.
