Purpose

To confirm the outcome of the recent tender
exercise using the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework for
Estate Management (reference RM6168 - Lot 1) for the appointment of
the Housing Regeneration Acquisition and CPO Advisor for Central
Blackpool.
 
This process was undertaken by Blackpool
Housing Company (BHC) on behalf of the Council.

Decision

That the appointment of Arcadis Consulting (UK) Limited as the Housing
Regeneration Acquisition and CPO Advisor for Central Blackpool is
approved.
