Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£45.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Rainbow Pathways Community Art and Face Painting, towards the cost
of face Painting at an Easter Event.
 
Councillor Alistair Humphreys
of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£2500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Planning department, towards the cost repairs to
Little Marton Windmill.

(ii)            
£550.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of two benches
for Mereside MUGA.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
£2500.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Planning department, towards the cost repairs to
Little Marton Windmill.

(ii)            
£550.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Parks Services, towards the cost of two benches
for Mereside MUGA.
 
Councillor Julie Jones of
Greenlands ward has requested:

(i)              
£110.00 as a ward councillor donation to King
Church Community Grocery, towards the cost of equipment hire for a
community fun day.

agreed the recommendation as outlined above namely:
