A request has been made by ENWL
to close a section of the alleyway to the Rear of Waterloo and Hill
Street to provide a new electricity connection.

To authorise the Head of Legal
to prepare the notices pursuant to s14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 and subsequently display those notices in
accordance with legislation
