Purpose

To present the
findings of the Fylde Coast Economic Needs Update and Employment
Land Review (ELR) November 2024.
 

Decision

The Leader of the Council
agreed the recommendations as outlined above namely:
 

1.    
To agreed that the Fylde Coast Economic Needs Update
and Employment Land Review (ELR) November 2024 (attached at
Appendix A) is endorsed as evidence to inform the new Blackpool
Local Plan.
 

2.    
That the Employment Land Review be a material
planning consideration in the determination of planning
applications and that the document be published on the
Council’s website as soon as is practicable.
