Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£387.16 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy towards the cost of road safety buddy
signs.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£387.16 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy towards the cost of road safety buddy
signs.
 
Councillor Julie Jones of
Greenlands ward has requested:

(i)              
£80.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Glitter Angel, towards the cost of face painting for a community
fun day.
 
Councillor John Boughton of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£1150.00 as a ward councillor donation to
House of Wingz, towards the cost of painting planters and benches
in Layton ward.
 
Councillor Kathryn Benson of
Layton ward has requested:

(i)              
£1150.00 as a ward councillor donation to
House of Wingz, towards the cost of painting planters and benches
in Layton ward.
 
Councillor Carl Mitchell of
Squires Gate ward has requested:

(i)              
£250.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Lytham Grange, towards the cost of food and decorations for a VE
day party.
 
Councillor Fred Jackson of
Victoria ward has requested:

(i)              
£387.16 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy, towards the cost of road safety buddy
signs.

(ii)            
£24.00 as a ward councillor donation to Print
Blackpool, towards the cost of a ‘keep locked sign’ for
an alley gate.

(iii)           
£15.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of the instillation of a ‘keep
locked’ sign on an alley gate.
 
Councillor Pam Brookes of
Victoria ward has requested:

(i)              
£387.16 as a ward councillor donation to Revoe
Learning Academy towards the cost of road safety buddy
