Purpose

A request has been made by Cadent Gas to close a section of Tarnbrook Road to allow for the safe upgrade of gas mains in the highway.

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal to (i) make an appropriate order under s14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to give effect to the proposals and (ii) to give the required notices.
