Purpose

A request has been made by Box
Construction to close a section of alleyway to the side of Scruffy
Murphy's Blackpool to allow for scaffolding to be erected around
the perimeter of the building to allow for building
maintenance.
 

Decision

To authorise the Head of Legal to (i) make an
appropriate notice under s14 (2) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 to give effect to the proposals and (ii) to give the
required notices.
