Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Joel McKevitt of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£180.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Cavendish Park Bowling Club, towards the cost of a structural
survey for the installation of a ramp.

(ii)            
£398.99 as a ward councillor donation to
Bispham with Norbreck gala, towards the cost of a PA machine and a
Gazebo.
 
Councillor Paul Wilshaw of
Bispham ward has requested:

(i)              
£180.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Cavendish Park Bowling Club, towards the cost of a structural
survey for the installation of a ramp.
 
Councillor Jon Bamborough of
Ingthorpe ward has requested:

(i)              
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st
Bispham Scout and Guide Group, towards the cost of new fire
doors.
 
Councillor Jo Farrell of
Ingthrope ward has requested:

(i)              
£500.00 as a ward councillor donation to 1st
Bispham Scout and Guide Group, towards the cost of new fire
doors.
 
Councillor Simon Cartmell of
Waterloo ward has requested:

(i)              
£600.00 as a ward councillor donation to House
of Wingz, towards the cost of painting bollards and benches in
Waterloo ward.
