Purpose

To seek approval for the
Council to appoint Digital Urban Ltd. to provide 3D digital mapping
services of the borough. The mapping and modelling will be used to
inform future strategic planning and development.
 

Decision

To agree to the appointment of
Digital Urban Ltd, for the purposes of providing 3D digital
modelling and digital mapping services.
 
To allow the Council’s
Legal Services and Procurement Departments to enter into all
relevant agreements relating to the commissioning of services,
under the terms of the Crown Commercial Services procurement
framework.
