Purpose

To
seek approval for the Council to enter into new legal agreements
with regards to the occupation of the public toilets facilities,
prior to and following the exercising of the Compulsory Purchase
Order.
 

Decision

To approve that the Council
enters into new legal agreements in relation to the above
facilities.
