Purpose

To seek approval for the
Council to enter into new legal agreements with regards to the
occupation of the electrical substations situated on the Blackpool
Central site, prior to and following the exercising of the
Compulsory Purchase Order.
 

Decision

To
approve that the Council enters into new legal agreements in
relation to the above facilities.
 
To
delegate authority to the Head of Legal Services to enter into the
Legal Documents and any additional legal agreements relating to the
above.
