Purpose

To
seek approval to enter into legal agreements with Smiles for Miles
Limited regarding replacement of existing staircase on Brunswick
Street.
 

Decision

To approve that the Council
enters into the necessary legal agreements with Smiles for Miles
Limited with regards to the removal of the existing concrete
staircase and replacement with new galvanised steel staircase,
including access and ongoing maintenance arrangements.
