Purpose

To consider the representation
and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on
various roads.

Decision

The Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as
outlined above namely:

 

1.              
To consider the proposal, the representations made
in respect of the proposed Amendment No 3 Order in respect of
Kirkstone Avenue and Elmbank Avenue.
 

2.              
To proceed with the making of the order as
originally envisaged having given due consideration to the
representations.
 

3.              
To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the
order which is currently in draft and has been consulted
on.
