Purpose

To consider the representation
and alternative options of the advertised proposed restriction on
various roads.

Decision

The
Cabinet Member agreed the recommendations as outlined above
namely:
 

1.    
To consider the proposal, the representations made
in respect of the proposed Amendment No 3 Order for Ivy
Avenue.
 

2.    
To proceed with the making of the order without the
inclusion double yellow line to cover the 10m either aside of the
entrance / exit on Ivy Avenue and with all other aspects as
originally envisaged.
 

3.    
To authorise the Head of Legal Services to seal the
order which is currently in draft and has been consulted
on.
