Purpose

To seek approval for the Council to appoint
Piper Music Management Ltd as the delivery partner for the
Blackpool Illuminations Switch-On Event, following completion of a
regulated procurement process.

Decision

To approve the appointment of Piper Music
Management Ltd for the delivery of the Blackpool Illuminations
Switch-On Event.
 
To enter into contract for 12 months, with the
option to extend incrementally for a further 36 months, subject to
budget and satisfactory review.
