Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Ivan Taylor of
Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)              
£71.72 as a ward councillor donation to
Westminster Primary Academy, towards the cost of Retinue costumes
for Claremont Gala.
 
Councillor Lynn Williams of
Claremont Ward has requested:

(ii)            
£71.72 as a ward councillor donation to
Westminster Primary Academy, towards the cost of Retinue costumes
for Claremont Gala.

The Deputy Leader of the
Council  agreed the recommendation as
outlined above namely:
