Purpose

The Council's
delegated budgets scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each
Ward Councillor covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The
funding for this scheme can be spent on supplementing funding
public services, for the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Ivan
Taylor of Claremont Ward has requested:

(i)              
£2,016.00 as a ward councillor
donation to Claremont Park Community Group, towards the cost of fun
fair rides for Claremont Gala. Resubmission as organisation details
on original application incorrect
 
Councillor Lynn
Williams of Claremont Ward has requested:

(ii)            
£2,016.00 as a ward councillor
donation to Claremont Park Community Group, towards the cost of fun
fair rides for Claremont Gala. Resubmission as organisation details

Council agreed the recommendation as outlined above
