Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Paul Wilshaw of
Bispham ward has requested:

£223.80 as a ward councillor donation to
Cavendish Park Bowling Club, towards the cost of a wall
mural.
 
Councillor Joel McKevitt of
Bispham ward has requested:
