Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)              
£70.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Revoelution, towards the cost of a ‘thank you’
celebration for local volunteers.

(ii)            
£100.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Revoelution, towards the cost of a fun day.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

£70.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Revoelution, towards the cost of a ‘thank you’

Tyldsley ward has requested:

£400.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Art Society, towards the cost of the ‘Paint the

Councillor Danny Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

(i)              
£74.95 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of planters for Devonshire
road.

(ii)            
£225.00 as a ward councillor donation to Gynn
Square Memorial Group, towards the cost of compost for Jubilee
Gardens.
 
Councillor Michele Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

(i)              
£74.95 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of planters for Devonshire
road.

(ii)            
£225.00 as a ward councillor donation to Gynn
Square Memorial Group, towards the cost of compost for Jubilee
