Purpose

To further update the Articles of Association
for Jobs, Friends & Houses Community Interest Company
(JFH).

Decision

To note that ‘Aspired Futures’ has
been removed from the Register of Charities and therefore can no
longer be the nominated registered charity / asset-locked body for
the purpose of the Articles of Association of Jobs, Friends &
Houses Community Interest Company.
 
To note the updated Articles of Association
attached reflect the removal of ‘Aspired Futures’ as
the nominated registered charity / asset-locked body.
 
That the Articles of Association set out in
the document attached be and are hereby approved and adopted as the
Articles of Association of the Company in substitution for and to
the exclusion of all existing Articles of Association of the
Company and that they be executed and filed with the Registrar of
Companies.
