Purpose

A request has been made by
Blackpool Football Club to facilitate road closures in and around
the Blackpool Football Ground on the match day of the 19 July 2025,
to ensure the safety of the general public attending a football
match.
 

Decision

To authorise:
(i)              
the Head of Legal to
make an appropriate notice under s14 (2) (b) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 to give effect to the proposals; and
(ii)            
the Director for Community and Environmental Services to give
the required notices.
