Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£969.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Infected By Design, towards the cost of mural artwork at Brunswick
Community Garden.

(ii)            
£250.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Leisure Services, towards the cost of lighting
the Blackpool Tower.
 
Councillor Matthew Thomas of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£969.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Infected By Design, towards the cost of mural artwork at Brunswick
Community Garden.

(ii)            
£250.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Blackpool Council Leisure Services, towards the cost of lighting
the Blackpool Tower.
 
Councillor Gillian Campbell of
Park ward has requested:

(i)              
£476.80 as a ward councillor donation to
Groundwork, towards the cost of toilet hire for a Park ward
