Purpose

To seek approval for the
notification  and implementation of a
road closure order pursuant to Section 16A of the  ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 such order to be
called SECTION 16A, THE BOROUGH OF BLACKPOOL (QUEENS PROMENADE AND
PROMENADE) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) BRIAN HOUSE
CHILDREN’S HOSPICE NIGHT RUN ORDER 2025.

Decision

To
authorise the closure on the road pursuant to the provisions in the
road traffic
regulation
order and notify relevant parties of the closure.
 
To authorise the Head of Legal
Services  to seal the above
order.
