Purpose

To seek approval to progress
with a procurement exercise to secure a suitably qualified and
experienced design team who would be able to undertaken activity
required for RIBA Stage 3 design development for the Bloomfield
Central Housing site (formerly Phase 4 of the Foxhall Village
housing scheme).
