Purpose

To formally adopt Scafell Way,
Buttermere Way, Helvellyn Court under section 38 of the Highways
Act 1980.
 

Decision

To formalise the adoption of
the above named roads, service verges, footways, highway drainage
under section 38 of the Highways act 1980. The street lighting to
be maintained by E-ON under the Council’s PFI
contract.
