Purpose

To approve the appointment of
Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure Limited, via a
pre-enabling works contract, to continue as the main contractor for
the second stage tender process for the Multiversity Campus and to
carry out the demolition of the existing properties and site
clearance.
 

Decision

To approve the variation of the
a pre-enabling works contract with Morgan Sindall Construction
& Infrastructure Limited (Morgan Sindall) as the main
contractor for the pre-enabling works to enable then to carry out
the demolition of the existing properties and clearance of the
Multiversity site in advance of the second stage tender process for
the Multiversity Campus being completed.
 

To authorise the Head of Legal
Services to enter into any legal contracts and or documentation
required to implement this decision.
