Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Mel Fenlon of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(i)     
£240.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Memory Lane Café (Ibbison Court), towards the cost of a day
out on a barge with fish and chips, for 48 members of the Memory
Lane Club.
 
Councillor Jim Hobson of
Bloomfield ward has requested:

(ii)    
£240.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Memory Lane Café (Ibbison Court), towards the cost of a day
out on a barge with fish and chips, for 48 members of the Memory
Lane Club.
 
Councillor Julie Jones of
Greenlands ward has requested:

(iii)  
£598.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Friends of Devonshire Road Rock Gardens, towards the cost of a
Centenary Fun day event for Devonshire Road Rock Gardens

(iv)  
£156.00 as a ward councillor donation to the
Friends of Devonshire Road Rock Gardens,   towards the cost of portaloo toilets for the
Centenary event.
 
Councillor Paula Burdess of
Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
 £2936.00 as a ward
councillor donation to Blackpool Council Waste Services, towards
the cost of two waste amnesties in Clifton ward.
 
Councillor Alistair Humphreys
of Clifton ward has requested:

(i)              
 £2936.00 as a ward
councillor donation to Blackpool Council Waste Services, towards
the cost of two waste amnesties in Clifton ward.
