Purpose

The Council's delegated budgets
scheme allocates budgets of £6,500 to each Ward Councillor
covered for the financial year 2025/2026. The funding for this
scheme can be spent on supplementing funding public services, for
the benefit of the local community.
 

Councillor Laura Marshall of
Brunswick ward has requested:

(i)              
£130.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Friends of Layton Rec, towards the cost of Public Liability
Insurance.
 
Councillor Kim Critchley of
Hawes Side ward has requested:

(i)              
£100.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of the removal of an overgrown
shrub.
 
Councillor Neal Brookes of
Hawes Side ward has requested:

£100.00 as a ward councillor donation to
Enveco, towards the cost of the removal of an overgrown

Councillor Jane Hugo of Talbot
ward has requested:

£1250.00 as a ward councillor donation to St
John’s School, towards the cost of a rock academy.
 
Councillor Mark Smith of Talbot
ward has requested:

£1250.00 as a ward councillor donation to St

Councillor Danny Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

(i)              
£532.49 as a ward councillor donation to Holy
Family Catholic Primary School, towards the cost of a sensory room
project.
 
Councillor Michele Scott of
Warbreck ward has requested:

£532.50 as a ward councillor donation to Holy
Family Catholic Primary School, towards the cost of a sensory room
